misleading ********** service

I was recently called from a call centre of Telkom (mondo). I was offered a sim card deal with 50 hours talk time,70 SMS's and 2.5 gigs data per month. I asked the call centre agent trice and he confirmed this. The manager also came on the pone and verified this. When my card arrived I found out that I do not get this. I only get 500mb data and 1 hour call time and 50 sms that expire within 5 days.

After contacting the call centre, they have advised that the agent did not tell me that when I know I heard correctly as I asked him to confirm 3 times.

Now they do not want to cancel the card and re imburse the activation fee.

They want me to go to a Telkom shop to so this,when initially everything was done over the phone.

These people are *****ing people out of there money by promising them a good deal which is not through. I had to cancel my contract with my current service provider to take this one.

my advise to the consumers out there if anyone phones from Telkom with regard to sim card deal. please don't take it as it is misleading
