Misleading ********** company "TELECOM"

<p><br />On the 13 March I Received a call from a Phillip Dlamini who claimed to be with Telkom directories.I further transferred the call to my boss who was to simply update our companies details with them as we are already a customer of Telkom.I was further asked to print out a form which Phillip dlamini claiming to be from telkom and never specified that he is from another company not associated with Telkom.I sent through the form with the understanding that telkom was to update the company details.</p> <p>On the 28 march we received an invoice,we called to find out what was the bill for and then they inform us that they are not affiliated with telkom and the bill has to be and cannot be cancelled.</p> <p>This is a huge **** company they have such fine print that the bare eye cannot view accordingly.They refuse to cancel this contract as we did send through numerous emails requesting for cancellation..They have not responded to assist.This is ***** and we refuse to associate ourselves with this **** company and ********** tactics to lure small business.</p> <p><br />We did receive a response from the Telkom Social media team who informed us that they will investigate and provide feedback.Please kindly advise further as this company telecom continues to harass us with emails for payment for something they mislead us with.</p> <p><br />keagan<br />Interaction Ref:AI ********** </p> <p>Please kindly note that we couldn't login on our initial complaint on hellopeter and created a new profile.Please Telkom kindly assist us with feedback.</p> <p> </p>
