Misleading deals they offer to people!

Sometime in March Telkom Mondo called me and offered me the R70 SIM card only deal. On this call I was told that the first debit order will go through in April the 25th,guess what they deducted R99 in March. I queried this transaction and I told them that I don’t want their SIM card anymore. They delivered the SIM card all the same and I never called to activate their SIM card and now they deducted R105.81. Why are they doing business this way? I want all my money they’ve deducted from my account, they can see that I’m not using their SIM card !
