Misleading customers to upgrade

I am totally not happy with your service. Sometime last week a guy by the name of THABANE called me selling an upgrade data contract to me. I was paying R150.00 or less for my portable router that came with 3gigs a day and 3 gigs a night in total 6gig. THABANE told me I will get 5gigs a day and 5gigs a night in total 10gigs with B315 – 936 router for R199.00 a month. On Wednesday the 20 / 04 / 2016 my package was delivered I did open the package. After reading the order I’ve realized it says SmartBroadband Wireless 5G. I have called in I spoke with the lady by the name of Nadia I told her my story and she said she will call me back before the end of the business day and she did not, I told her to cancel the order and I demanded the recording of THABANE and I because it was now only 5gigs anytime. when I got home I left the package and attend my other businesses when I got back the package was opened and everything was installed by my brother basically because he thought the deal was closed because I told him I was expecting the order. I called in today 22/04/2016 I spoke to Praise who dropped my phone, I did call again and I spoke to Lillian Kopa after I have explained everything to her she rep**** “OK” how on earth can you say “OK” I HAVE ASKED HER; AFTER I HAVE EXPLAINED TO HER THE BAD SERVICE I HAD WITH YOU YOU JUST SAY OK!!! She than told me to hold then she dropped my call too. Can somebody sort this out please!!! On you website you have 15gigs promo for the same product and you selling me 5gigs and the guy sold me 10gigs (5day and 5night). I want that 15gigs too. the router was delivered on the 20/ 04/2016. Order No TM-***1- even today 04 / 05 / 2016 they have not collected the product and they have debited my account but my numbers are suspended. Vincent ***
