Misleading customers and poor communication

Firstly, I recently filed a complaint on Hellopeter with reference number SM169740. My problem was eventually resolved and i was contacted by KEAGAN from the Telkom Social Media Team who said that my account will be credited for the time that i had no internet access. I was suppose to receive this statement yesterday via email which i still did not receive. <br> Secondly, I changed from a private line to a business on 27 October 2015 at the Festival Mall branch. I was informed, i needed to pay a R700 deposit which i did and that the package that i initially signed up for, ie R399 a month, will be transferred to the business name. I receive a statement in the post today indicating that i owe R918.50. I called the accounts department and i was told that there are additional charges for a business line. THIS WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED TO ME and if it was i would never have changed because in my experience the service you receive for a business line is the same as for a private line. Why am i charged so much as this is not what i signed up for. I'm being cheated yet again. I'D RATHER CANCEL MY CONTRACT THAN PAY THIS AMOUNT. I've had nothing but problems from the time i've signed up with Telkom
