Misleading customers

I got a call from telkomrep doing a telephone sales offering me amongst others 100 free minutes to ither networks and 3000 free minutes to telkom landlines and telkom mobiles! All these two sre not in the package that i got from telkom mobile! Why do you lie to customers us it a way of getting more and they also wanted me to piet my number! Where would i be if i ported my number! My argument is if you need more customers why do you lie to them?
