Misleading Customers

On 8 November 2017 I took out a contracted deal that included a laptop, rooter, sim card, 1 terra bite external hard drive and an office 365 program @ Telk direct Potchefstroom. After signing the contract, they informed me that they didn't have stock of the Office 365 program and that the 1 Terabyte external hard drive is Not included in the deal ( strange because it is advertised like that. ) .... so the assistant told me that she will follow up and let me know as soon they received the stock. The next two weeks I followed up , but no luck, I was simply brushed off by telling me that they will phone me. They never phoned me back. I even went back today, now one month later and still no response.
