Misleading customer to have them pay way more than they can afford.

An agent Offered me a new contract and I told they should cancel the old one … only to be debited for two contracts and when I reversed payment since I did know why I was paying so much at that time . Called them than made payment when they explained they had not cancelled the other contract. N know I’m the one having to pay 2 cancellation fees so now I must pay 709 instead of 299 for the new contract . Highly disappointed at the level of disregard for customer. The miss understanding caused by there sales person has coast me unnecessary money
