Misleading closing time at Telkom. Poor service at its best

I drove to Telkom centurion to enquiry on my fibre billing. Based on the information at display they close at 18h00 and I arrive at the entrance at 17h50. To my suprise the door was locked. A consultant by the name of Tumelo Madisha come to the door and told me they are closed. I showed him the time that it is still 17h52 and you closing at 18h00. His response was that 18h00 they Must be out. Imagine after driving 30km and such a service .why will Telkom mislead us on their closing time and we wast resource.
