Misleading Big Deal

I app**** for the March big deal last week Friday for 2 devices and only had 1 of the devices delivered today. Upon calling Telkom, I was informed that the 1 device is still undergoing credit vetting. I was told that it would take 2 to 7 business days for the devices to be delivered and it would mean that Telkom would have literally until tomorrow to approve the credit vetting in order for the courier to deliver by Tuesday next week which would be business day no 7. This is really misleading to what I was told and I am awaiting a response from a local newspaper to publish this so that the public is aware of the false promises made by Telkom.
