Misleading advertising

In mid-December 2025, Telkom advertised an iPhone 15 128GB Black for R329. When clicking the advert, it directs to the same device but at a significantly different price.

I attempted to apply for the deal immediately and contacted Telkom via phone and email multiple times, but received no response.

More concerning is that the adverti*****t is still active and continues to display the R329 price, while the actual offer differs when opened. This creates misleading expectations for consumers.

It has now been over two months without any feedback or resolution.

I request that Telkom: • Explain why the advert shows a different price from the actual offer • Provide a fair resolution • Correct or remove the misleading adverti*****t

I was considering moving to Telkom as they seem reasonable, but after this experience I am concerned there may be other service issues down the line.

Consumers deserve transparent pricing and responsive service.

I hope this matter can be resolved urgently.
