Misleading Advertising

they promised a watch with the new Samsung. I drove to 2 outlets only to be told they have no stock and asked us to go to Gateway where their computer shows they have stock. We drove immediately to Gateway, only to be turned down again! They had stocks but kept putting us off and eventually we settled for a Huwei because they said they had no watch. So did they advertisments and promotion material lie to the public or did each branch only receive 1 watch?
