Misleading advert

I took out a New cellphone contact in April.part o f package was R1000 gift voucher which I never received.When I enquired at the store I was given a no yo phone.When I phoned the no I was told to enquire at store.When I went back to the store,I was told many people complain that they did not receive the voucher".I was promised that someone would phone me...that was 3 weeks ago,and still waiting
