Mislead by Mondo Telkom

<p>Last month I subscripted to a Telkom contract through Mondo.</p> <p>I was told I will receive 1gb internet,2gb social media and 3000 minutes to call any Telkom number for R69.00.</p> <p>This is the first month I received my full bundle, I only received 500mb of internet data and when I call the 011 or 012 number it charges from my airtime.</p> <p>I tried to call Mondo to raise the concern they told me to raise the issue with Telkom, called Telkom they said they can’t help because the contract was done through Mondo.</p> <p>And now I can’t cancel the contact because Telkom will charge me a cancellation fee. Am really not happy about all this.</p>
