Misinformed of actual package

My husband and i were advised when we upgraded our cellphone contracts that it is better to have the TopUp package as this will enable us to control our spendage, we would have 3000 minutes allocated and once this is depleted we were able to topup. Only now to find out those 3000 minutes are ONLY for Telkom to Telkom or to landline. We were completely ill informed of this issue. Very Disappointed in Telkom
