Misinformed - dealing with circus clowns

I went into the store on the 2/08/2015 I was promised a certain package which I was happy with and was told I would get an answer in 7/10 working days and then I can pick up my wifi rooter ... Until today I have been moved from pillar to post... The manager Vernon says to me that there are current upgrades in my area but the call centre are persistent that there aren't any. As well as my package differs to what I have been promised. Please deal this as quick as possible via email so that I can forward you all correspondence in order for you guys to decipher who has dropped the ball here. It is so Distasteful that I feel like taking my business elsewhere... Maybe Mweb would like me move over along with my businesses and associates businesses as well. I as a consumer have rights, I really hope this is resolved before I have to exercise them.
