Misinformed

I went to the telkom store on Sunday to purchase a laptop. I was assisted by Julia. I purchased a laptop after Julia advised me that if I add on a router I still get the ****le with the laptop deal. I asked Julia twice as the booklet at the store which she referred me to stated OR a router. Julia advised me that I'm adding on a router for an additional R20 (laptop and ****le included). I then queried the unlimited wifi and asked if I require a landline she advised me I can use the mifi router for the unlimited wifi deal as I advised her I don't want to go to hot spots and I don't want to get a land line. She advised me they are currently out of stock and had everything delivered to me this Tuesday. I did not receive a copy of the deal nor was the t's and c's emailed to me as per my application. I contacted Julia and she ignores my calls. Your call centre is outrageous. I unfortunately unknowingly referred several people to telkom as Julia requested when she delivered my laptop which I will correct. I suggest you train your staff. I cannot wait to return this **** and move to a reliable provider. I will let everyone I know not to make the same mistake as
