Misinformation from telkom

Due to misinformation on telkoms behalf I have wasted an entire afternoon at a telkom store trying to upgrade my contract. I was misinformed via telkoms whatsapp line that I am eligible for an upgrade, the consultant initiates the process of the upgrade, does an evaluation of my current device for a trade in and at the very end tells me I'm not due until 2 months. I showed her the message from telkom stating that I am and all she could say was sorry. It was a total waste of my time. This has been one of my worst experiences with telkom and I will be taking my business to a network that knows what they are doing and can act in a professional manner.
