Misinformation by call centre

More than a week ago I called telkom to have my adsl line transfered. I was told they can do fibre. I was told that I can get fibre. But I requested that adsl be transfered first. Then today I was told that there was a fibre order. Again I was told by centre management that only metrofibre can install in this centre. I lost more than a week, and chances are that I will be without a line at the new premises. Totally unacceptable.
