misinformation about dsl package

My name is Anne Hawker. I signed up for a TELKOM SIMPLE package on the 6th January 2015 for R399, plus my calls will be billed seperately. Since i am a pensioner, the assistant at the store told me that i qaulify for rebate on my calls and hiring of the telkom line. I asked him if there should be any hidden costs, and he told me that i am onliy going to pay +-R399 + calls, so i signed up for +- R399 and calls. In. 2nd Feb.i was billed with the amount of R249.35 ,i paid . on the 12th Feb. again i receive a bill of R877.10 ..The subscription was R661. 33 and my calls iR170.36.total : R877.10. According to the statement ,i am billed till 11 th March 2015. ? There is a lot of stipulations on the account ,of seperate billings of seperate acc. I e-mailed telkom twice, they didnt responed. I phoned them 4 times ,and every time theres a different explanation, they promise to call back, they promise to sms me a ref. no., they explain to me stuff that doesnt make sence. As i explained i sign up for Telkom simle pacage of R399 + calls and its a total different billing with a lot of different seperate amounts. I cant afford that. *** telkom.
