Miserable service from TELKOM

Ridiculous service from a team who are not sufficiently s****ed on fault finding. 10 days ago my WiFi stops working. After numerous hours on the phone explaining my problem from scratch to almost 20 different agents and I’m still getting the run around. No TAT’s No promises Just that the techs are working on it. After 1.5 weeks? Really Telkom?? There were calls where the agents are having a Jol in the background. While u have a frustrated customer on the line who is is desperate for proper assistance. The recordings are there for your perusal. You guys are running a circus there Keep it up!
