Misadvised by sales agent and poor customer experience

Im a new Tellom custlmer but thelevel of service i have recieved is appauling.

I was misold a package of a sim which included a pocket router for 130.00 i accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions. My package arrived which was a sim only, i contacted the provider and was informed i agreed to a sim only deal for 99.00 i asked for the call to be listened to and i also sent an email. This was on the 23rd of July till date i have not received feedback from the company but they were so quick to send me an incorrect invoice. I am sitting with a sim card im not using and expected to pay.

Im very disappointed at the level of service from such a big company like Telkom
