Mis Sold on another level
So everyone is naturally going crazy about the R599 ADSL deal at Telkom. I tracked my order now and I was advised that I don't qualify for LIT box HOWEVER it was sold to me on a recorded call and their customer service representative wants nothing to do with it. They advised that the rep that sold me the deal will be dealt with internally but I will not get my LIT box only the router.
You must think I'm crazy if I don't get the box that I was promised on the call.. A RECORDED CALL!!
Someone better get me by box or #%@* will hit the fan!
