Mis-selling and pathetic service from telkom

Telkom's after sale service is pathetic. I signed for a 5GB double data deal (i.e. 10GB day and 10GB night) with Telkom for R199, instead they gave me 5GB data deal for R199. When I enquired about it they inform me that they will only provide with response after 9 working days which is equivalent to two weeks. Strange when I logged via on line requested to be contacted by sales consulted, they called less than an hour but now when it comes to resolve a dispute I must wait for 9 days, that is totally unaccepted. I have not use the gadgets since 5 March 2018 then they will expect me to pay for product that I did not used for half of the month, is that fair.
