Mis Leading information and terrible experience

I was contacted and told I qualify for two tablets with Telkom Mobile, I gave the lady all the information and she told me I qualify and that I would be contacted by the admin department to process R90 per contract and then they would deliver the tablets within 10 working days. I was then contacted by the admin department and gave them my info, I was debited as told for the two tablets, I then received a call from your insurance agents who offered me insurance on the tablets and began waiting for the call regarding the delivery. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME. I then called several times to be told to contact various different numbers, only for someone to finally tell me that I do not qualify for the tablets and that I would be refunded the R180. I have received no refund and to be told after paying that I do not qualify is unacceptable, every consultant told me I qualify and all is fine. I wasted money getting hold of your agents to follow up on something you should have called me to tell me. I am very disappointed with the service and how i have been treated. I had been looking forward to the tablets and was reassured I was going to get it. You guys are pathetic. please fix this
