Miracles do happen!

Today I was blessed to speak to the ONLY dedicated Telkom employee that actually knows what Customer Service is all about. Waaijidah Isaacs deserves a Halo for her ability to calm the customer down and reassure the customer that the problem will be resolved. I have battled with *********** Telkom staff for 6 months, and today she happened to pick up my call. Thank you very much for resolving my Account Issues. Telkom does not deserve you!
