Minus 10 stars for telkom

Telkom mall@Reds,Centurion. What a complete f word joke!!! After clearly explaining to an agent i need to apply for a new contract he stops halfway and continues helping someone else. I then stand in line AGAIN. Im first in line but ended up waiting 30min + to get in. The doorwoman then lets the person behind me in! When im asking marra why? I get told... Oh i thought you were waiting for someone. As if i would stand outside the door in the middle of a freaking busy hallway for fun????. Fine i left it. I then get in to an agent to do a sim swop as my sim card just stopped working at this point im beyond ****ed and want to leave the contract i get told oh sorry we dont use drivers license we need your ID... Yet the freaking guy i was with before said a copy that i have is fine..... Wors freaking store i have ever dealt with... Thanks for wasting my time and energy your service sucks!!! Manager - Sibongile mntsweni get your store in order.... Your store is putting Telkom to shame.... Im leaving Telkom now.... - 10 stars.
