A very very BAD experience, had a contract which came to an end in March 2025 and been back and forth with Telkom mobile not wanting to close and cancel the contract. I have been charged monies which I have since paid, my credit profile dented. Currently they refuse to close and cancel, stating that I still owe R23.60, while, payments of R24 was made on the 9 June 2025.

They have been sending and colluding through their collection company call Nu debt and I have been communicating same thing for the past 3 months through all their relevant departments, It is tiresome Can ANYONE come to my rescue.
