MIGRATION NO!

More than 3 months ago I cancelled my Landline and asked to migrate to fibre. Up to past Friday, I recieved Internet. Now ist dead. Telkom agentd drop my calls to their Callcentre. Finally today Thimbekile informs me that I still have a Landline and ADSL connection. She promised to transfer my call, instead she dropped it. Lord Help!!!!!
