Migration from ADSL to LTE with Telkom

I have had an ADSL line with Telkom for years. A month ago the copper cables was ****** and Telkom informed me that they will not be replacing the cables, our area has LTE so we would have to get LTE. I have called Telkom requesting a migration from my current line to LTE. I have spoken to numerous call centre assistants who unfortunately have no idea what they doing. Each one gives you a different answer to the previous. They have no clue how to assist a client. What happened to the competent people that was employed by Telkom.
