Migration fee for an upgrade overchatging

<p>I upgraded my Telkom data at the end of May and the account was debited with more than a thousand rand because they charged a migration fee when I actually upgraded. We have tried speaking to the people in regards with this because we have power of attorney on the accounts. However they refused to speak to us with regards to this account. We reversed payment and went in to pay the portion it should have been. People need to be aware of the hidden costs when upgrading because this is false advertising because Telkom says you pay no upgrading fee and then they expect you to pay a migration fee which is *******. </p>
