Migration Fee Charged

I went to Telkom Centurion and asked if I can upgrade my Telkom account to a higher package, thus have more data available at the higher tarrif off course and without a penalty charge.<br> <br> Telkom Centurion confirmed to me that I can upgrade to a higher package and there will be no penalty charge as it is a upgrade, not a migration.<br> <br> I saw on my Telkom a charge for a migration fee.<br> <br> I do expect Telkom to give me credit for ALL the migration fees levied and to better train staff
