Migration

<p>I wanted to do a migration to a new contract, and the service have been very much "sorry sir"!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a Telkom client for 4 years. I have 3 mobile devices and a laptop with Telkom and I have never missed a payment. I went into the Telkom at Eastgate Mall and Cresta Mall to do a migration from my current contract to the Huawei P10 and Huawei Fit. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is advertised EVERYWHERE - on your website, in your brochures and in both the stores in question. What I do understand is the terms and conditions, and that it's while stock lasts. But what I don't understand is that firstly, this is still being advertised and secondly, when you submit a Call Me Back on this product on your website for a new contract, the agent tells me she does have stock available in the Fit if I take out the deal over the phone. But she can't help me to migrate my current contract for me to qualify for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can a new client get this deal over the phone, but when a exisiting client calls in or get's contacted, they can't assist? This is terrible, to say the least, and it saddens me that exisiting clients get's treated like this!</p> <p> </p> <p>For the first time, in 4 years, I am now an unhappy client!</p>
