Migration

I was at a Telkom store and requested that my LTE DATA plan be upgraded from 30 gigs to 50 gigs per month.

I was informed at the time that I am only two (2) months in the contract and will only be able to do so on the third month.

Went back on the the 31-01-2016 to have my package upgraded.

Now I am informed there is a migration fee? How is that even possible? How do you pay a migration fee when you UPGRADE you package?

I went and had a took on their website and this is their own terms and conditions regarding MIGRATION:

\B.
