Mighty Professional Service!

Just spoke to Mighty at Telkom Webchat/call centre and what a pleasure. He was extremely polite and professional. My query was resolved in a few minutes of me logging-in to the Webchat and Mighty calling me back immediately to assist. He remained polite and professional throughout our conversation, was knowledgeable on product and had a friendly tone. I cannot say how impressed I am with his service, especially given how late it was. I wish all customer service reps were as good as this guy. Mighty good service. Thank you!!!! Ahren.
