Mifi Deal

I placed an order in the telkom website in the 4 March received a call on the 14 or 15 March verifying my order, was told the pack will be delivered within 7 working days after successful debit, debit went off the 19 March and 10 workings days later i get told no stock i can continue browsing for other deals . . .you debit my account so you in breach of contract. I have escalated this about 10 times already but all i get told is someone(no one) will contact me still waiting.
