Midterm cancellation process

Out of all the accounts I’ve had this is by far the worst of them all. I just can’t believe it.

I went to one of the store and requested to pay up / cancel my contract because life has changed now and it would be cheaper to cancel ongoing transaction than to keep them running till the end of the contract.

So I was informed of a penalty fee and the cancellation fee. I accepted this and made a very large payment to end my contract mid-term. I was told the amount I paid was the only amount and nothing else will be deducted. I even requested for my account details to be removed and was told this has been done, just to wake up today and have a large amount get deducted AGAIN even though the contract has been terminated.

I just don’t understand how you do business. I would like all of the extra money taken to be return as this was not discussed nor part of the discussion.

This is just unbelievable. I have nearly no money in my account and I know if there was no money in my account, you guy would have added a R200 late fee on top of the large amount you’ve deducted as well!
