I had a contract of a Mi-Fi router that ended last month,in November I started having troubles with it as it kept on saying that there was no network.I called in numerous times and we reset it countless times until it was concluded that I take the router to a branch. I am a pensioner who is over 60 ,I drove about 45kms to take this router to a store .I got there and was refused help at the Phuthaditjhaba branch ,they refused to book it in for assessment even. I called in again and was told to take it back to the branch again,at my age where do I get the energy, money and health to do all that? I had since given my child the router to take to a store and she was not assisted still but when I bought the device,it was gladly sent via post because it was a sale and profits are far more important than customer etiquette.
