MFRF Insurance (Telkom)

I took an insurance with Telkom. I booked my phone for repairs and was told it's beyond repair and need to replace the phone .I wanted a phone with the same amount but they refusing to give me the phone i want .Vincent Fischer told me i can't get the phone with the same value .Where else their terms they said i can get a phone with the similar value.
