Telkom is a ****. I have upgraded my contract last year November and since then am struggling with the network connection weather am receiving calls or making calls, I can't even use my data I can only use wifi only if I want to use the internet. I have been communicating with Telkom network departments and the cancelation department manager and I was told to go and do a Sim swap, use another phone and I did all of that. And they even came to me to check the network issues but still my problem is still not resolved and I pay you guys every month with a nonsense service. Now no one from Telkom is not willing to assist me anymore and my last option is to take Telkom to the ombudsman
