I am extremely frustrated with Telkom and FNB! I paid my contact from my credit card and yet they still took their Debit order days later! After querying this in the store, as you not able to reach anyone by phone, and self service is useless, I was told to reverse the debit at the bank, get to FNB and told that they placed a block on the debit order! I then disputed my card payment just for FNB to turn me back to the merchant as there is no proof of communication as IT WAS DONE IN PERSON AT A STORE! IM ****ING BEYOND FRUSTRATED, AS BOTH OF THEM ARE USELESS! and will most likely Debit my account again month end!
