claim 7 days of processing claim while it takes months

<div>I'm extremely disgusted by telkom insurance. I submitted my claim a moth ago, still no finalization and they have been giving me a run-around.&nbsp; **** when I did a follow-up saying he/she will give me update before end of business day. She never got back to me, instead she comes with excuses that they still waiting for certain department to verify if my number was active. I have been insured with them for 3 years, they claim that process a claim with 7 days but mine is heading to 2 months and by the look of things they won't pay me at all. I hate lies, they look for excuses now looking for terms and conditions but they fail to live by theirs.</div>
