So I missed my debit order on 15 May 2024, then 18 May 2024 my account is handed over to Nudebt. 19 May 2024 I make payment, fast forward 25 May 2024, my account gets debited by Telkom without any communication. This is in addition to the eft I made on 19 May 2024. Having paid for more than 5 months of service for missing one month is totally unfair.
