Telkom is refusing to give me back my money after they debited me twice this month. They said the reason why the double charged me for my contract was because I had missed a payment however I had proof that they did in fact take the money from me for my contract for the month in question. I sent them my statement and they gave me R240 when they had taken R1200. This company is ridiculous and they are seriously taking us for a ride. They have the worst customer services and they don't even know how to navigate their own systems. I am appalued at the service they provide and how ungrateful they are being towards their customers.
