Please beware of Telkom, took an LTE Data plan which is 80GB +80GB which was specifically R199 p.m... Set up a Direct Debit of that specific amount, to my surprise the first deduction was R289.88 I thought maybe it's sign up/on fees but the second deduction was R648.93, I paid it. Now I got a bill for R1,126.58. When I phone them to cancel, they keep on putting me through to useless different people. I'm not paying for what I did not sign up for and that's it, I will report this to the regulator.
