BIGGEST ****MERS!!! I am so disgusted by the service my company has received from this company. They have ****med us of our deposit of a phone device that hasn’t been delivered since SEPTEMBER. After making order a new phone because they cancelled our subscription without informing us, and did not return the deposit for that phone. Even after cancelling we were still billed for a cancelled phone and billed for the new phone that we still dont have. The consultants are the worst, do they even receive training on how to handle clients issues???? They hang up when they feel like it, they will ignore your email, and even lie to say they will escalate matters but it never happens. Disguting company, worst management!
