I bought a phone in 2020, finished paying the phone in 2022, canceled the insurance in September 2023. To my surprise when they bill me, they bill me including the cellphone insurance. I reserved the payment, in December 2023 they deduct R1200 something. When I query regarding that they say it's owed to them, when I send them the proof of cancelation they told me to liaise with the insurance regarding where I open everything with them. Now they don't want to refund what is due to me, and what surprises me the most is the fact that they didn't deduct in January 2024 only in February then send me again a bill that I still owe them where I've canceled their service in January 2024.
