****med by Telkom (Over billing my account)

I have a month to month contract with telkom for 2 data simcards only NO DEVICE for almost 4 yrs now however from lastyear June they started over billing my account seems like no one knows what's the extra amount for, the case is being escalated ever since with no feedback, i have requested them to cancel the contract and refund me all the extra amount i have been over billed with no assistance, i really need this to be resolved Telkom cannot just take people's monies for no reason i bilieve them to be ****mers at this point will not recommend them to anyone.. When you ask to speak to the superiors you wont be aloud and told they will call you 🚮🚮🚮
