February 2023 I took a contract phone with Telkom at istore and went to Maponya mall for a screen protector I was assisted by Telkom consultant he took my phone and he was busy with it telling there is new technology that that are using now for screen protectors it hardens the screen he even put my phone into some device once he was done I payed I think R250 I left, yesterday my phone fell and the screen was damaged, when I check the phone the is no screen protector and I went to Telkom Maponya mall the consultant who was assisting me I asked him to check if my phone has a screen protector he confirmed the isn’t and I told him what has happened he called one of his subordinate he knew the guy who helped me and he was laughing instead they gave me his phone no to call him and sort my issue with him they have nothing to do with this , but I went to Telkom not a particular individual to assist me
