I took out a contract with Telkom in 2023 and I was told to make a manual payment and I have been making that payment for months now and on the 5th of every month they send my invoice so in September they sent me a bill saying I don’t owe anything since the month before I made a double payment..October came they deducted 3770 instead of 1700 and it was the first time taking money via direct debit from me called them they couldn’t even explain what’s happening went to their store in Prominade they told me they can see the money but they can’t reverse it .on the 5 th of November again they send me another bill that I have to pay 5200 whatttt I don’t know what’s happening with that network provider because I’m not the only one decided to change banks because Wow ..*** if they ever decide to call me
